Returns & Refunds policy

We take great care in the creation, handling, and packaging of all products to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

We will always work to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently. Please reach out at info@marievalentine.com.au as soon as possible if there is a problem.

Once a physical order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal service or courier. While we always do our best to ensure safe and secure packaging, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused in transit.

This policy outlines how we manage returns, refunds, and replacements in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Physical Books

If your book arrives damaged or faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund if notified within 30 days.

It is a requirement to provide evidence of the damage and packaging, along with a purchase receipt.

When you may not be intitled to a refund or return on a physical item

Refunds and replacements will not be offered for change of mind, if you decide you do not like the item, if the item is found cheaper elsewhere, for reasons out of our control such as delays in shipping or if the item is used in an unreasonable or unintended manner.

Downloadable Products

Refunds are not offered for downloadable products.
